Pathlight's mobile settings allow you to update the application with necessary profile edits, enable notifications, set alerts for particular metrics, and reach out to support all from your phone or tablet.
1) First, open the Pathlight Application on your mobile device. If you do not have the Pathlight application, click on this link to download and install it. Once you have installed the Pathlight Application, log in
2) Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page to access your Settings.
From here you have the ability to update your profile. You can change your profile photo, header photo, email, and title. Additionally, you can update profile details such as hired date, mobile number, birthday, and your personal interests.
Within the account settings section you will also be able to update your notifications. These settings allow you toggle on/off notifications for mobile and email, as well as set up business hours which will only notify you during specified times. You simply toggle on/off the appropriate settings and click Save in the upper right corner of the page.
Alerts give you the ability to receive updates related to metric thresholds. You can be notified when a metric dips below or spikes above a certain point for a team/individual. These will alert you via slack or through a Pathlight message/notification.
Within the settings you have the ability to reach out to Pathlight Support for assistance by clicking on Ask Us A Question. This will create a new chat dialogue between you and a Support Team member or provide you with articles that may answer your question.
From settings, you also have the ability to log out of the app. You will be prompted to enter your credentials into the app the next time you login.
