Setting your Pathlight account up in a way that will allow you to be much more productive and efficient is a breeze. This guide will walk you through integrations, template creation, and managing alerts in Pathlight.
Integrations are an excellent way to make sure all of your meetings and notifications are synced up with some vital tools you may already be using. We currently support Google Calendar integration to funnel all of your recurring meetings into Pathlight. In addition to the calendar, we also allow for integration with Slack. Both of these integrations can be completed in just a few quick steps.
Templates allow you to make communications with your team seamless. Many of us have similar cadences to how we communicate with our direct reports and our leadership teams. You may find that you're regularly writing up the same email communication to your boss, summarizing the weekly activities and metrics of your team. You may find that your 1-on-1s follow a similar rhythm each time you meet as well. Having to create each one of these individually can be time consuming. Typically after you’ve established integrations and templates managers want to be notified about specific metrics that their team and organization care about. Alerts are triggered each time a metric goes beyond a specified threshold. For instance, if CSAT dips below a 3 or Average Handle Time goes beyond 5 minutes, you can allow Pathlight to notify a Slack Channel of the metric falling off-path.
