You're probably wondering how Pathlight can help you and your team. Adding Pathlight to your tech stack allows customer-facing teams to manage performance more efficiently than ever before. By consolidating performance data, coaching, and communication in one place, our platform empowers data-driven management at every layer of the organizational chart.
One of the ways that we do this is by keeping things real simple with Health Scores. Let's go over what a Health Score is and how you can convey this to your teams when they're reviewing their individual Health Scores. As you will notice as you dive into the application, Health Scores are given to frontline individuals, teams, and groups within an organization. You will see them graphically displayed throughout the app. Whether it circles the individual's profile photo, appears in the dashboard, or within the people view, there isn't a spot where you won't be able to easily access this important score.
When viewing the Health Score, you can see if the team or individual is staying on path day-by-day. Understanding the breakdown of how the Health Score is configured is vital to sharing with your team how they can move the needle on improving their own Health Score. Breakdown configuration is determined by your organization's leadership and by clicking this, you're able to see what the goal is for each metric and how you're performing against that metric. Each performance metric that they are prioritizing is given a goal and level of priority. Those without goals or priority levels will not be used for calculating a Health Score. Therefore, understanding the priority level of a metric will help you coach your team towards those specific KPIs. Additionally, you can see how the Health Score is tracking throughout the month.
Another way Pathlight ensures that you start each day off on the right foot is by providing you with what we call, Performance Insights. These insights allow you to quickly see the areas where your team needs recognition and/or support. Having visibility on these insights right when you login to Pathlight gives you the freedom to quickly send applause or coaching to those team members who are contributing heavily to your team’s Health Score through the suggested actions tied to each insight. We like to think of Performance Insights as your very own assistant, looking out for you and your organization's best interest by finding the members of your team who have areas for opportunity, and calling out those who deserve recognition for their efforts.
Now that you know how we help you measure performance with Health Scores, and how we share valuable observations with you through Performance Insights, you are well on your way to understanding some of Pathlight’s most important features.
