At times, there may be particular messages that you want to call special attention to and increase it's visibility. To help highlight your most important messages, Pathlight has created Pinned Messages. Pinned messages will remain in the Pinned Messages section (found in the Inbox tab) until the pin is removed.
In this article, we will go over:

Pinning a message
1) Select the Inbox tab on the top left hand side of your screen
2) Click the Messages icon
3) Select the message you would like to pin
4) Click the 3 dots on the top right hand corner of the message and select the Edit Message icon
5) Click the Pin message button
6) Click Save

Viewing a pinned message
1) Select the Inbox tab on the top left hand side of your screen
2) Click the Pinned icon
3) Scroll through all the pinned messages that you have created or have been listed as a recipient for that particular message

Unpinning a message
1) Select the Inbox tab on the top left hand side of your screen
2) Click the Pinned icon
3) Select the pinned message that you wish to unpin.
Note: If you did not create the message or you are not an Administrator, then you cannot unpin the message. You will need to contact the team member who pinned the message to ask them to unpin it.
4) Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the message and select Edit Message
5) Click the highlighted Pin Message button to deselect it
6) Click Save
