As a manager, you can easily add or remove people from your team in Pathlight. As soon as you add someone to your team, they will also be added to all your Paths, and if you have a live data connection, their data will start loading in automatically within the hour.
Note: If a team member is no longer part of your organization, all you would have to do is go into their profile and remove them from any teams they are affiliated with. Select this link so that you are taken directly to the appropriate section.

Add someone to a team
1) Go to your Dashboard icon on the left-hand side of your screen
2) On the top right-hand corner, select the People tab
3) Type in the name of the person you would like to add to your team
4) Select the person from the drop-down menu. This will add the team member to your team
5) Scroll down to verify the person you added to the team has been added
Note: If you can't find the person you're looking for in the search box, reach out to the Pathlight support team at support@pathlight.com or if you are using a desktop, you can send us a chat by clicking the "?" at the bottom left corner of the screen. Also, see the steps below on how to add a new person who does not have a Pathlight account yet.

Add someone (who does not have a Pathlight account yet) to a team
1) Go to your Dashboard icon on the left-hand side of your screen
2) On the top right-hand corner, select the People tab
3) Once you are within the People tab, type in the name of the agent you would like to add to the team but does not have a Salesforce or Zendesk account
4) Select the Create a new person "name" icon to manually add them to the team
5) Scroll down to verify the person you added to the team has been added
6) If the person Shows a "Invite to Pathlight" button next to their name, select the Button so that an email invitation will be sent to the registered email.
Note: Make you inform the person to which an email invite was sent that they will receive an email. If they do not immediately see an invitation, please have them check their Spam folder within their inbox.

Remove someone from your team
Note: Removing someone from your team will remove them from all your team's Paths, but will not delete their Pathlight account.
1) Go to your Dashboard icon on the left-hand side of your screen
2) On the top right-hand corner, select the People tab
3) Once you are within the People tab, scroll down your team until you find the person you would like to remove from your team
4) Select the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the screen, corresponding to the person's name
5) Select Remove from team

Remove a team member from all affiliated teams directly on their profile
Note: This can only be performed by leadership with the proper permission to do so.
1) Go to your Dashboard icon on the left-hand side of your screen
2) On the top left-hand corner, Search the team member you would like to remove from all the teams, within the Org Chart Search field
3) Once you have selected the team member from the drop-down menu, go to the right-hand corner of the screen and select the 3 dots and then Edit Profile
4) Now that you are viewing their profile, select the [x] next to each of the teams you would like to remove them from (and do the same in the Home Group field), and then select Save
5) Now that they are no longer part of any teams, they will not be able to access Pathlight
