Mobile App: Login Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing any issues logging in, please ensure the following:
1) You are using the correct login method
Note: Pathlight supports many different ways to log in, however, most organizations have a specific method that is used. Allowed methods are listed on the mobile app. If you are unsure of which to use, please reach out to your internal IT administrator.

2) You are using your company-specific login portal (If Applicable)
Note: You may have a company-specific login portal such as Okta, Onelogin, or auth0. For these portals, please utilize the "different method" button and input your organization's name on the following screen.
