Health Scores are Pathlight's simple way to help you quickly asses how you and your team are performing against your most important metrics. Health Scores are visible from the Dashboard. As you navigate the Org chart, Health Scores are provided for both individual and team performance. Health Scores are based on 100 points.
Health Score Breakdown:
When you hover over "Breakdown", you'll see a list of metrics and their weighted score. All metrics marked as High or Medium Priority appear in your Priority Metrics. Points are determined by priority level, bonus points for leading your team, or custom weights determined by your management team.
Note: Only metrics with goals assigned to them will appear in the Health Score breakdown.
The Health Score measures your group, team, or individual performance, factoring in both:
- If the goals are being hit and
- Priority levels of the metrics
For example, if a team is making hundreds of calls a week(marked as low priority), but hasn't closed a deal (marked as high priority) this month, the Health Score's weighting system would reflect their low performance against an important metric.
To remove a metric from being factored into a Health Score, set it as No Priority (mute).
How Health Scores are calculated:
Health Scores are calculated based upon the Priority level you set for the metric, which is found under Metric Settings.
|High Priority||3 points|
|Medium Priority||2 points|
|Low Priority||1 points|
|No Priority (mute)||excluded from Health Score|
Note: If you would like to set custom weights for your metrics, contact your Customer Success Manager.
If you often have ramping employees who won't hit team performance standards during their ramping period (artificially dragging your Health Scores down), we recommend either setting up individual custom targets or dynamic goals so that they aren't failing unnecessarily.
