What is it?
Streams programmatically pull out top-level themes and trends across all of your customer conversations. It automatically organizes all conversations based on content through AI. It categorizes conversions into themes and sub-themes and tells you what you don’t know about yet. It covers your blindspots.
How does it work?
We set up a stream to answer a specific question, such as "Why are my customers asking for refunds?"
Streams are generative, there is no manual configuration aside from a general description of what to analyze. You can think of this as hiring someone and giving them their own special instruction on what to look for. That person will then review every conversation, just looking for information related to the instruction, and then will group it all by theme and sub-theme
