Sometimes, your manager will send you a message in Pathlight and ask for you to acknowledge it. They can request that you to acknowledge a 1:1 agenda, team announcement, or a direct message.

How to acknowledge a message

1. Go to your inbox
2. Find the message from your manager and open it. Any message that requires acknowledgement will have a label indicating you need to acknowledge it.
3. Select "Acknowledge" at the bottom of the message

You will receive an email reminder to acknowledge a message if you have not acknowledged a message within 24 hours.

Note: You cannot currently acknowledge a message by responding to an email notification from Pathlight.
